Hi and welcome!
We're proud to offer a thoughtfully curated snow stay experience on our peaceful 5-acre property just outside of Jindabyne. Our aim is to make your visit as smooth, comfortable and memorable as possible - whether you’re here for an action-packed ski trip or a relaxing mountain escape with family or friends.
We believe that the little things make a big difference. From our attention to detail in preparing the home to the optional extras you won’t find elsewhere - like hearty, home-cooked dinners ready for you to reheat after a day on the slopes, or exclusive access to a ski locker at Blue Cow - we’re always looking for ways to elevate your stay.
Our values are simple: warm service, clear communication, local advice you can trust, and a space that feels genuinely welcoming. We want guests to feel at ease from the moment they arrive, with everything they need to enjoy their stay – from quality beds and linen, a cosy fireplace and supplied firewood, to kitchen essentials and small indulgences like Nespresso coffee, teas and hot chocolate ingredients.
We’re close by and available if you need anything during your stay - whether it’s local tips, dinner options, or advice about snow chains and mountain access - but we also respect your privacy and give you space to relax.
Our accommodation is self- contained and fully private. We don’t live on-site during guest stays, but we’re just a message away should you need anything.
We love helping guests create memorable snow holidays and feel confident that our place offers something special - the comfort of home, the convenience of local knowledge, and some thoughtful extras you won’t get anywhere else.
We look forward to hosting you.
Our property is located in a peaceful rural pocket just 10 minutes from the heart of Jindabyne, offering the perfect balance of space, serenity, and proximity to the region’s best attractions. Guests often tell us they love returning to the quiet after a big day on the slopes or in town – with no traffic, no crowds, and starry night skies you just don’t get in the suburbs.
We’re ideally placed for snow holidays, sitting roughly halfway between Perisher and Thredbo – about a 35-minute drive to either. And with exclusive use of our ski locker at Blue Cow included, many guests find it easier and faster to head to Perisher via the Skitube at Bullocks Flat (25 mins away) and skip the hassle of driving up the mountain.
In Jindabyne, you’ll find a great selection of cafes, pubs, shops and supermarkets, as well as local institutions like Birchwood Café, Bacco Italian, and The Banjo Paterson Inn. There’s a cinema, a bakery that’s famous for its apple scrolls, and plenty of places to stock up on ski gear or hire equipment.
For those visiting in the warmer months, the region transforms into a hub for hiking, biking, fishing, and lake swimming. Lake Jindabyne itself is just down the road, and nearby trails include the scenic Thredbo Valley Track and family-friendly walks around the foreshore. Kosciuszko National Park is easily accessible for day hikes, including the famous Mount Kosciuszko Summit walk.
The Snowy Mountains region is also home to distilleries, craft breweries, and a growing number of local producers. Many guests enjoy a relaxed day exploring Wildbrumby Distillery, Shut the Gate Wines, or picking up fresh produce from local farm stalls.
Whether you’re here for an alpine adventure or a peaceful reset, this area offers something for everyone - and we’re always happy to share personalised recommendations based on what you’re into.
