We require AUD $200 security bond to be paid in cash or on EFTPOS which will be return upon check-out. If you have a credit card, we will pre-authorise AUD $1.00 in lieu of the cash bond which will be released back to you in 7-10 working days. A security bond to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay.

A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
