Please note that the facilities at the adjacent Novotel Twin Waters Resort, which Sebel Twin Waters guests' have access too. This includes the restaurants and the water activities. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check in. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
