Property information

Located in the converted Mills and Wares biscuit factory, Granitas is a 2 bedroom, adults only, comfortable apartment accommodating four guests. Free gated parking for two cars + WIFI. Granitas apartment has 2 bedrooms - the master with queen bed is mezzanine style and over looks the living area. The second with two single beds is downstairs and off the living room. The bathroom has a shower plus hand basin and houses the washing machine and dryer to one side. There is a separate toilet for your convenience. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, an induction cook top with under bench oven plus microwave and is fully equipped with every essential. The open plan living area is large with a comfortable sofa, dining table with four chairs, TV, DVD and music system. South Fremantle boasts white sand beaches, bespoke shopping experiences, lots of dining options and easy access to Fremantle.
