Property information

This stunning home has all you could need for a perfect holiday. There are three outdoor entertaining areas to enjoy with some fun games for the little ones (big ones too). No aspect has been overlooked, you can enjoy the sunshine or uncover for sheltered outdoor fun. Entering the property you walk into an open living area with a fire for the warmer months, comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen with a large island bench for chatting whilst preparing your meals. To the rear of the property is another living area with loads of seating to watch a movie or just relax and enjoy the space. The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom single bunk beds, all well equipped with robes, in calm blue colours of Geographe Bay. Enjoy an outdoor shower when returning from the beach (cold water only) in the timber outdoor shower. All this is located walking distance to the beach (the iconic Busselton Jetty) and the city centre of Busselton, with restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centres.

Neighbourhood information

Busselton is a city on the southwest tip of Western Australia. It's known for its sheltered beach and seasonal humpback whale populations. The beachfront features the 19th-century Busselton Jetty. This wood pier stretches nearly 2km to the Underwater Observatory, where life in a coral reef is on view. To the city's northeast, the towering tuart trees of Tuart Forest National Park are home to 2 species of possum.
