Perfect family home for the perfect family escape! LJ Hooker Iluka presents "Greenwood House". A great 2 story house with that beach feel. Popular amongst our regular holiday makers with its spaciousness and fantastic location. Enclosed in a full fenced yard over two large house blocks there is plenty of room for your car and boat. Access to the yard is a breeze with dual street access from Charles Street or Queen Lane. Situated in the heart of Iluka this property is a short walk to most things. Iluka Bay is only 50 metres away, shops and cafes located no further than a block walk away and Iluka's beautiful beaches are only a short car ride. The family friendly property is prefect to bring the whole family plus your furry friends. Enjoy a BBQ on the large timber deck while the kids are entertained either playing pool or ping pong in the rumpus room downstairs. All of the beds mattresses have been replaced in January 2021 for your comfort and a great nights sleep. Whether you are sitting back relaxing on the deck, fishing or enjoying Iluka's beautiful beaches you can't help but be impressed by Greenwood House! This house is limited to a maximum of 10 guests.
