Get away from it all and recharge at this delightful private self-contained studio. Walking distance to Wollongong's Blue Mile, City, Botanical Gardens, UOW, Wollongong TAFE, North Wollongong station and free bus route. Easy level access down driveway through child locked gate to studio at rear of property. Come and explore all that the wonderful Wollongong area offers - spectacular beaches, bush and coastal walks, scenic cycleways and a vast array of restaurants and entertainment.
The unit is really centrally located; everywhere is a flat, easy walk; a 1.2km to North Beach, 1.4km to Stuart Park, 1.2km to the city, 350m to Wollongong station, 350m to free bus stop, 1.3km to Wollongong Uni, 950m to Wollongong TAFE.
