Property information

Absolute water frontage & amazing ocean views in a private retreat. A beautiful property, with expanding ocean views from almost every part of the house. Hear & see the ocean from your bed. There is an outdoor bathtub, where you can sit and watch the ocean or be amazed by the night sky full of stars. Gypsy's Rest funky round couch in the lounge room and a wood fire to curl up in front of while looking at the view. There is also a reverse air conditioning unit and free wifi and Netflix. Enjoy the outdoor lounge and fire pit for those winter nights. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an espresso coffee machine for those guests where good coffee is a must. Large veranda's, with a cosy double day bed, BBQ & fabulous outdoor entertainment area's. The perfect spot to relax with a glass of local Tassie wine, fresh seafood or a sumptuous Eye Fillet sizzling on the BBQ, while enjoying a breathtaking view, with family, friends or just the two of you . Your own private path down to the ocean and jetty. The jetty is located within a 2 minute walk. Perfect for fishing, you can watch your children fishing from the comfort of your holiday house.

Gypsy's Rest is located in a quite beach community. Primrose Sands is a great spot that is only 45 min into Hobart, 30 min from the airport, just over an hour to Port Arthur and 30 min to the Coal Valle wine region.
