The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Halycon House is a beautiful relaxing holiday home located in Banksia Beach! Best of both worlds, morning coffee watching the sunrise over the canal, plus beautiful sunsets beside the pool with your favourite drink! Air-conditioning through out! This is a getaway in paradise and is the perfect destination for your next holiday. This well-presented home is high quality and modern. The property features include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including Ensuite), pool and pontoon and is located on canal frontage in Banksia Beach. Sit down and enjoy a meal at the dining table while the beautiful breeze flows through the canal home! 'Halycon House' features a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you require. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and water is all provided to start you off. You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash for your stay. All linen is provided plus 1 towel per person and beach towels. Pontoon available for use. Wifi is available

Relax outside on the alfresco area plus BBQ, or a swim in your own pool. The home also includes a pontoon for fishing or your boat. The property includes a double lockup garage for you to use during your stay. Halycon House is situated only a few minutes’ drive from the Art Centre, parks, cafes, boat ramp and the local shopping centres.
