With elegant furnishings and modern conveniences, this bright and contemporary stay will be your home away from home during your visit to the Bellarine Peninsula. Upstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space has all you need to cook and enjoy meals including an immaculate, fully equipped kitchen, a six-seater table and extra seating at the breakfast bar, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The living area offers a welcoming space to kick back after a day at the beach, with a large corner sofa to settle in with a movie and central air conditioning and heating to ensure year-round comfort. Stunning water views are maximised with large glass doors that open out to the balcony, which is complete with a BBQ grill and an outdoor table setting for relaxation and entertaining while you take in tranquil views overlooking Port Phillip Bay. Downstairs, a rumpus lounge with comfy seating and a TV allow space for everyone to unwind. Here you’ll also find three of four bedrooms and the main bathroom with its bath, shower and complimentary toiletries. They offer a queen bed, a bunk with a double and single, and two king singles respectively while the primary bedroom upstairs includes a queen-size bed, a walk-in robe and a pristine ensuite. Family amenities include a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets). Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, a private washing machine and dryer, an upstairs powder room and carport parking for two cars. There is also an internal lift for easy accessibility between the two levels.

You’ll be located within a 15-minute stroll of Clifton Springs Beach and the nearby lookout and boat ramp for water activities and bayside picnics. Take an eight-minute walk to Jetty Rd Fish & Chips to pick up some takeaway and head over the road to Jetty Rd Reserve, where you’ll find a playground and skatepark. A 20-minute drive to Geelong means you'll have plenty of dining and entertainment options at your fingertips, including Eastern Beach and the iconic pier where you can enjoy public art, landscaped gardens, swimming baths and the historic Carousel.
