RELAX AT ROYSTON is a lovely 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests, short walk to the beach, playground across the road and dog friendly - outside only. Free Wifi! Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, K-Fee coffee pod machine (BYO large pods), kettle, toaster, sandwich press. Dining area with table/chairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with lounges, coffee tables, smart TV. High chair. Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath, w/c, front loading washing machine in the vanity cupboard. Undercover deck with outdoor setting, outdoor cane lounge, hooded 6 burner bbq plumbed to house gas, built in bar fridge. Fully fenced rear yard with clothesline, fish cleaning facility, fire pit - winter only - BYO wood. Plenty of room for cars/boat. Shed not for guests use. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 4 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top). Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside Dog friendly - outside only - A One Hundred refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking. PLEASE NOTE: There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will apply. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply
