Self-contained luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double story home. 150 meters to the tranquil waters of Palm Beach, Rockingham and a 5-minute walk to the vibrant cappuccino strip where you can dine at beach side restaurants and watch the sun go down. This well-appointed home consists of fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, granite top kitchen, meals and family room that lead out to the covered alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor setting. The main bedroom is spacious with full wall built-in robes and queen bed. The luxury ensuite is fully tiled with a separate toilet. A fully equipped laundry caters for long stays, while the double garage offers safe secure parking for your cars. From the entry, the Tasmanian oak stairway leads up to a casual spacious lounge, two large bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, double robe and the second bedroom has two single beds with double robe. A cot and high chair are also available on request.
