We will ask for a copy of a credit card to be held on file and for the guest to sign the agent's terms and conditions. Important Points -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area. Only a short stroll to the main surf beach and access to the Ocean Side Resort Swimming pool, BBQ area, and Oceanside Restaurant. This apartment is located on the 2nd level of the 'Providence' complex. The living area opens out onto a small private balcony, a great place to sit and relax on cool summer evenings. There are two bedrooms and the apartment is fully self-contained. Access to the beautiful pool and BBQ areas of Ocean Side Resort and the Oceanside Restaurant (which is part of the same complex) will help complete the perfect holiday. No Lift. The kitchen overlooks the open plan living area. The apartment is self-contained with a microwave, jug, toaster, oven, stove, fridge and freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and other cooking appliances provided. A TV, stereo and video have also been provided. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine, sink and dryer. The lounge room has two double sofa seats. The living area opens out onto the relaxing balcony through glass sliding doors. Please wait, in a few moments a slide show of the property will commence. There are two bedrooms both having wardrobes and dressing tables with mirrors. The main bedroom has a queen bed with two bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a set of bunks and a trundle bed. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurant and the wonderful Hawks Nest Golf Club.
