Welcome to Hedge House our very spacious, newly renovated and stylishly appointed 1960s house. Located in the heart of leafy Toowoomba, only minutes from Queens Park, cafes, private schools, St Vincents Hospital, CBD. A 15-minute drive to Gabbinbar and Preston Park. Open plan living and dining with stunning parquetry floor, opens onto north facing paved area and beautifully landscaped garden. There are 5 bedrooms accommodating 8 guests. Fully ducted A/C throughout home for year-round comfort. North facing aspect, the morning sun drenches the living/dining area. An enclosed terrace invites for morning tea/coffee. BBQ for evenings. Spacious main bedroom has a four poster bed, sitting area and elegant ensuite. There are 4 more bedrooms (2 queen, 1 bunk room and 1 single). Fully equipped new kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven and stove top. Full laundry with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The lounge and main bedroom have smart tvs with Netflix, and wifi. A beautiful electric fireplace creates atmosphere as well as warmth. Single lock up garage with internal house access.
