Property information

This superb studio apartment is located on the lower level of a home in Cabarita Beach. The studio is fully self contained & has its own private access and outdoor area. The open plan Kitchen and lounge are bright and spacious. The large "L - shaped" bedroom has a queen bed & a single bed with pull out trundle. There is a large bathroom off the bedroom which includes a vanity. shower and toilet. Guests can enjoy the undercover outdoor lounge & dining area which flow onto the picturesque backyard which also opens onto Cudgen Conservation Park. Great for relaxing & bird watching. A second hot outside shower is a great feature when coming back from the beach. This is a spacious self-contained unit with a Modern Retro feel! Walking distance to the famous Cabarita Beach, shops and cafes, this spacious studio is the perfect home away from home for your next holiday on the tweed coast.
