This unique one bedroom apartment has a style all of its own boasting a north/eastern aspect. Stylish decor enjoys ocean & lake views with a easy walk/drive to the shops and beach. Undercover deck with breakfast bar. Abundant birdlife includes king parrots, lorikeets, pelicans, sea-eagles, black cockatoos & many more… 2 minute drive to beach 1 hour north of Sydney 1 hour south of hunter valley wineries 2 minute drive to beach Spot a whale and her calf breaching from the breakfast bar/ deck
