Please note that from Saturday 22nd November until Saturday 6th December, the annual School leavers celebration “Schoolies” will take place in Surfers Paradise including events at the property. Due to the size and scale of the event, please expect disruptions including road closures, high volumes of visitors and ambient noise throughout this period.

A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
