Our modern apartments are meticulously clean and located only a 6 minute walk from Hobart's CBD and a 12-15 minute walk to the vibrant waterfront precinct and Salamanca Market. Choose from a spacious 2 bedroom apartment or studio apartment. All are fully self-contained and equipped to ensure you can cook a gourmet dinner using locally sourced produce. Each apartment has a private entrance or a shared foyer, built-in wardrobes and feature flat screen smart TVs, free fast NBN Wi-Fi and one off street car parking space per apartment. We cater for individuals travelling together, couples, families with children of all ages and guests who require accessible features.

Neighbourhood information

Our neighbourhood is a mix of Georgian cottages and other residences, historic buildings, schools and consultancy businesses. In our street there are two popular cafes that are great for breakfast, brunch or lunch,. There is also a child care centre, yoga studio, physiotherapist and pilates studio. At the nearby St Michael's Collegiate School, the public can access the school pool for lap swimming. Across the street is the start of an inner city oasis - the Hobart Rivulet Park: perfect for walking, jogging, cycling or pushing a pram! This tree-lined path follows the Hobart Rivulet up to the historic Cascade Female Factory, Cascade Brewery and little shops and cafes. Hobart Cityscape is less than a 10 minute drive to the Domain Aquatic, Tennis and Athletic Centres and a 15 minute drive to the Tasmanian Hockey Centre and Blundstone Arena. Stroll into the CBD or down to the wharf to wander through Salamanca Market, visit galleries and restaurants or catch a ferry to MONA or Peppermint Bay.
