Set on a very convenient street close to the ocean. Centrally located with walking distances to all main attractions including the famous Wallaroo Jetty, newly upgraded foreshore, beach, restaurant, shopping Centre and hotels. Local park and school are located at the front of the house. 3 bedroom plus study, sleeps maximum 6 person; split system Air conditioner; renovated kitchen; enclosed garage; wheelchair accessible. This beautiful house has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. This is a holiday house, not hotel, it is not fully serviced like a hotel, specially, your are expected to bring your own towers, bed sheets, and pillow covers . you will be charged extra fee if you prefer using the owner's towers, sheet, and pillow covers, which are stored in the house. Owner is not living nearby to house, but will contact you to arrange bond deposit and check-in information.
