Spacious three bedroom home with all your basic necessities.
3 Bedrooms all with built in robes, 2 have Queen beds and the other has two King Singles. Porta-cot available.
Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles as well as quiet roadside parking.
Large, secure backyard. Currently waiting for spring to grass front and back lawns.
Close to Broken Hill’s Aquatic Centre, Lancey’s take away shop, a Corner store, Pharmacy and a small Post office
