Enjoying rare lifestyle convenience with a short stroll to the local shops and eateries within Laverton Town Centre. - This place is located within 1.7 km and take a 3 minites by car or 15 minutes walk to Laverton train station and Laverton Town Centre. - Take around 2-3 min walk to Bus station. - Located 19 minutes by car to the Melbourne CBD. (in normal traffic condistion ) This beautifully presented home is situated in a quiet near a host of amenities including schools, local transport, Parks and in addition to easy freeway . Have 3 beds room , 1 toilet and shower on the 1st floor , 1 toilet on the ground floor . Charcoal BBQ and fire wood outdoor , Electric BBQ in the kitchen, Rice cook available , Kitchen facility , Free Coffee and Tea , Garden view , Free wifi , Smart TV 65 Inch on the living room ,Smart TV 55 Inch on the 2nd room ( for internet , youtube , , laptop connection only) Driver way car park etc... Note : This it 2 floors , full house with full fence , all privite except share drive way to walk to the bungalow in the back . The bungalow May have 1 or 2 people living there. For Loverly guests only , This property is Base house only , NOT IS LUXURY HOUSE , So price is value suitable.
