Enjoy one of the best river and mountain panoramas in Hobart from throughout the house. On Hobart’s Eastern Shore 15 mins from airport and 12 mins to CBD, your stay backs onto a flora park with bush and garden views. Living areas include a front deck and a glass covered atrium which capitalize on the views of Derwent Estuary and Mt Kunanyi. The backyard is tastefully landscaped with a relaxing garden, gazebo and outdoor furniture. The house has modern electrical apps and comfy furniture.
I'm a retired teacher, my husband a retired principal and we have been married for 43 years. We have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. We really value family life, friends and meeting people from different walks of life. My husband and I work very much as a team and have a passion for surfing, tennis, playing guitars and traveling. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and respectable. It is one of the better suburbs on the Eastern Shore of Hobart. It has only 11 houses in our street. A public car park is adjacent to the house. Most guests hire a car but there are also bus, uber and taxi services available. The bus stop is 5 to 7 minutes away and travels to and from Hobart regularly.
