This well-presented 3 bedroom holiday home is set on a secluded, leafy half acre block. Plenty of room to park your boat and a huge grassed area for the kids to play and kick a ball around. Large covered deck overlooking grass and bushland with gas BBQ, lounge and outdoor setting. Split system air conditioner to the spacious open plan lounge and dining area, full kitchen and spacious main bedroom with ensuite and second TV. Equipped with large flat-screen TV, dishwasher, microwave, stove, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Short drive or ride to the beach or town or a 1 km walk to trial bay through the bush track or around to Little Bay. A fantastic place to hide away from the world after a relaxing day at the beach.
