We recently experienced guest misconduct, including policy violations, and threats of a bad review after we requested payment for damages, missing items, extra cleaning, an unlocked door, and late checkout fees. These issues were reported to the Booking team. So please disregard Sarah’s false, revengeful review, which unfairly lowered our scores but has since been removed by Booking after we provided evidence. Our entry report confirmed the property was spotless at check-in, and the exit report showed her misuse of the property, resulting in extra cleaning costs, missing items, and a late checkout, despite us clearly explaining it wasn't feasible due to our last minute booking setting and cleaners’ tight schedule.
