If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests will be supplied with a password via SMS or email for the safe, located at the main entrance to the building. Parking information and instructions will also be in the safe.
The property will be renovating Front Desk and Lobby areas from 1 March 2021 to 31 March 2021.
During renovations, the property will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
