Ideal for one or two families/groups. Plenty of room at this four-bedroom seaside retreat, ideally situated just a short stroll from the water's edge and boatramp (300m) and close to Phillip Island's renowned attractions. Bright and airy living spaces span three levels, including a spacious lounge area upstairs complete with a wood heater and a living space downstairs. Guests can make the most of the outdoors with cubby house, ping pong in the fenced garden. Balcony with treetops view.
Peaceful and leafy street short 300 meter walk to beach in historic Glen Isla homestead precinct. 15 minute walk to Cowes central. General store 5 min walk.
