KEY FEATURES 6 spacious bedrooms across two levels two toilets and two showers, one over a bath two large living areas a pet-friendly, fully fenced yard with a trampoline and clothesline plenty of parking Bathrooms: Bathroom upstairs has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet. Downstairs, there is another shower and a separate toilet in the laundry room with a huge washing machine. Living areas: Two separate living rooms are equipped with comfy couches and TVs. Kitchen and dining: The fully equipped kitchen makes catering for big groups easy. Features modern appliances, a dishwasher, and an ALDI coffee machine. Heating and cooling: Split system heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs. Ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. Outdoor area: Two decks and a large backyard with a trampoline and grass area.
