Beautiful three bedroom holiday townhouse located in a quiet street not far from the town Centre of South West Rocks with a walk of 1km to café, shops and beaches and a short stroll of 850m to Back Creek or 1.3 km down to Horseshoe Bay or Main Beach for a swim, surf or snorkel. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, two TV's, up stairs timber flooring to the open plan living area which leads out onto a fantastic front balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting to relax on in the nor-east Seabreeze's. The back decking off the main bedroom also provides a BBQ and outdoor setting. Ceiling fans to all bedrooms and the living areas have ceiling fans and split system A/C along with Wi-Fi internet access. Main Bedroom has ensuite bathroom with large shower area.
