KEV'S PLACE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 14 guests and is only a short walk to the beach, pub and shop. Open plan kitchen/dining with microwave and dishwasher, fridge/freezer, lounge with TV/DVD, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Main bedroom with ensuite, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bunk room with TV and lounge, ideal as a kids retreat. Laundry with top loading washing machine. Small undercover outdoor area, outdoor setting, gas BBQ. Plenty of room for parking and the boat. Enclosed back yard. Fish cleaning facility. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x queen, bed 3 - double - bed 4 - 2 x tri-bunks (double on bottom, single on top). Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside DOGS ALLOWED - small dogs only
