Khione 1 is a spacious and modern townhouse that is perfect for large families or groups of friends. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this well-appointed unit can accommodate up to eleven people comfortably.
Upon entering Khione 1, you will be greeted with a contemporary and stylish interior. The townhouse is set over two levels, with the upper level featuring a gourmet kitchen that includes all the modern conveniences you need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, chef oven, gas stove top, and double fridge/freezer. The open plan design of the dining and living area makes it easy to relax and entertain, and you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy the view while you cook up a storm on the BBQ.
The lounge area is designed for relaxation, with a 60" Smart HD TV, Wifi, soundbar and gas heating to ensure your comfort. There are also two bedrooms on the upper level, one with an ensuite, a main bathroom with a spa bath, and a writing nook for those who need to catch up on some work.
Downstairs, you will find the third bedroom, which features two tri-bunks and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a 64" flat screen TV and electric heating, making it a great space for kids or teenagers to hang out.
The laundry provides a washer and dryer, with an external door to the private courtyard and plenty of additional storage space. Khione 1 also has a double lock-up garage with remote, a drying room with hanging space, and internal access to the townhouse.

The first bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in robe, and an en suite, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and built-in robes. The third bedroom is perfect for children, with a tri bunk and a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and walk-in pantry. The newly decorated open plan living/dining area features a new lounge and dining setting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
