GREAT SAVINGS ON NIGHTLY RATE FOR WEEKEND - 23RD & 24TH MARCH 2024 The property is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with views to Mount Tomah, Mount Wilson and Mount Irvine. The grounds are fully fenced and private. The property is light bright and airy with views of the garden from all rooms. Available is a vegetable/herb garden and we have chickens. There is a large deck with a gas bbq that looks out to the mountains. There is a slow combustion wood fireplace which we supply the wood. There is also a gas heater in the lounge and all bedrooms have heaters and two bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms one has a bath and there is a separate toilet. Showers in both bathrooms are easy access and are free standing. We are pet friendly and fully fenced. We do have available a portable cot and a high chair at no extra cost - just let us know if you need them to be available. There is an outdoor firepit, you will need to supply your own wood for this - and it's use is subject to RFS fire regulations. We are in easy walking distance to a number of wedding venues and the Hive cafe.
We are a mature couple who love our gardening. We moved to Berambing so that we could create a garden and after years of hard work we are close to having the garden we envisioned.
Quiet rural half acre block. Walking distance to wedding venues Suzarosa and Chapel Hill. Only a five minute drive to Mount Tomah Botanical Gardens. There are a number of bush walks within a 10 minute drive and the village of Bilpin is only a 10 minute drive to the east. 35 minute drive to Lithgow and Mount Victoria.
