Property information

Kingfisher is a beautiful rammed earth home set on 3 hectares surrounded by large jarrah and gumtrees. The special features of this superb holiday house are the exotic outdoor bathroom, the sauna and the state-of-the-art kitchen. A picturesque cottage garden with a winter creek, 2 dams and an abundance of wildlife and native birds make this a nature lover's delight. In a previous life, Kingfisher was a protea farm and many varieties abound on the property today. Secluded and private from neighbouring properties, Kingfisher is a 5-minute drive to town, the beach or nearby wineries Cape Mentelle, Xanadu and Leeuwin Estate. Quality furnishings are featured throughout, making this holiday home a relaxing experience for family and friends in a charming and peaceful environment. (Firewood not supplied) #P223229
