La Casa Gracie is a spacious, unique Mexican-style villa nestled amongst beautiful native bushland with local wildlife including kangaroos, cockatoos and kookaburras. A main feature of the house is the huge covered outdoor patio area which allows you to feel immersed in the bush location and fresh air. You will love Balga Sanctuary and the relaxed atmosphere it provides you with whilst being just 2 mins from the beach, surf breaks, hiking trails and 15 mins drive from Margaret River.
La Casa Gracie is located at the entrance of Cowaramup Bay Road, near Gracetown Caravan Park about 3min drive to the main beach and Gracetown Surf Breaks. You can enjoy a quick 5min walk to Grace Farm a local boutique winery to try delicious wines. Check-out Gracetown Caravan Park as they offer free movies and food truck during summer time. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful, please respect the quiet hours from 8PM - 8AM. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
