Located in The Sands estate, this very well designed beach house with pool will be ideal for respectful families and couples. This property is designated a Luxe wildlife estate with noise restrictions placed on it. Fantastic outdoor area leading into pool with BBQ and setting for entertaining. Additional outdoor area facing lake and wetlands very relaxing for the morning coffee and newspaper. Inside the house quite open with quality fit out. You will appreciate the care that this property owner has taken in setting up the property as the outcome sought is for very good guest satisfaction. Concrete underfloor heating is provided for cooler temperatures. WIFI included. Continuous hot water on offer and two ensuite and main bathroom for everyone's own privacy. Sleeping up to 6 guests with: Bedroom 1 = Queen Bedroom 2 = Queen Bedroom 3 = 2 x King Singles Available all year round. DONT MISS OUT This property requires a $500 BOND.
