Property information

This property is a fully equipped open plan studio with a queen size murphy bed, full kitchen & bathroom, as well as aircon, ceiling fans & internal laundry with washer & dryer. The light-filled open plan living area boasts a comfortable lounge with flat screen Smart TV, & a cozy dining area. With 4 sets of French doors opening out onto a wrap-around deck to let the beautiful lake breezes in, this is the perfect setting to unwind & relax. Enjoy soaking in the tranquility of the lake from the beautiful deck overlooking the water, complete with comfortable seating & an outdoor dining area with a Weber BBQ grill. You will also have full access to the waterfront (please not this is a public waterfront), where there are comfy chairs positioned right on the water's edge in the shade of the beautiful gum trees. Various water activities await you right in your own front yard. Bring your gear and enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, and boating - allowing you to enjoy the lake during the day and then relax and unwind while watching the sunset in the seating area right on the lake edge with excellent stargazing at night. Please note Our Lake House is a separate dwelling (with its own private entrance & parking), located on the same land as the main house where the property owners reside. The main house is in front, close to the road and the lake house is on the lake side of the property, however they are on the same block. No interaction with owners required, however you may see them at some point during your stay. The Lake House is a separate dwelling and there is self check in.

The property is conveniently located: - 1.5 hours outside of Sydney - 45 minutes to stunning Caves & Ghosties Beach - 5 Minutes to luxury dining at 8 at Trinity Brightwaters is a quiet little suburb on Lake Macquarie. Various water activities await you. Bring your gear and enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, jet skiing and boating, allowing you to enjoy the lake during the day and then relax and unwind while watching the sunset and stargazing at night. There is a boat ramp in the next suburb. Bonnells Bay shops has numerous shops, including; Coles, chemist, news agency, numerous take away shops & a Bottle shop. There is also the local pub "The Bay Hotel" in the same complex. Morisset is also only a 10 minute drive away, offering more shops and take away options. High end dining at 8 @ Trinity is a short 5 minute drive from the property.
