This newly listed exceptional family & pet friendly home has everything you need to relax & rejuvenate including the most comfortable beds, a whole house water filtration system, full kitchen, and two balcony sundecks. Large private house with a secure gated entry. Only a 3 min drive to the soft white sands of Preston Beach. Backing onto the golf course with panoramic views of Lake Preston and magnificent sunsets. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/family room, heating and cooling, ceiling fans, secure gated spacious front and back yard and two expansive outdoor entertainment balconies. Sitting high atop the hill, with spectacular backdrops from all aspects of the home, it surrounds the golf course and has panoramic views of Lake Preston where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or the magnificent sunsets in the evening. For those planning to stay in for most/all meals, the fully equipped kitchen with ample appliances has everything to cater for your social holiday cooking. Or you can nip down the road to Footprints Resort on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays for a bite to eat.
