Property information

With great lake views this quirky house has a rich local history. Ideally suited to casual family holidays perfect for teenage kids that may like their own retreat downstairs. Enjoy on water sports straight out front, the fire pit and easy walk to village shops and great surf and fishing beach. This property is also pet friendly (see pet policy below). Features include; 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both bathrooms have been recently renovated) Lakefront position with use of kayaks (at own risk) Teenage retreat downstairs with small pool table All bed and bath linen included BBQ Deck with great lake views Outdoor fire pit and bush seating for evening stories around the fire Bedding Config Upstairs 1 Queen Bedroom 1 Double Bedroom Main bathroom with bath Kitchen, dining, access to deck with BBQ and lounge area on entry level Downstairs 1 Double room 1 Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds 2nd bathroom Billiards table (plus a smaller one for the kids to use) Access down to lake and fire pit from lower level This property has some great features that lend itself to a great casual holiday by the lake and close to the beach. However, if a few quirky building features doesn't suit you, then this may not be the property for you. This property is not fenced and leads straight onto the lake, as such it is not suitable for young children or toddlers.
