Numurkah is centrally located as a hub to visit the Murray River townships of Echuca, Tocumwal, Cobram and Yarrawonga all less than one hours drive away. These towns are popular tourism destinations with many attractions including water sports, cruises, horse riding and some of the finest golf courses in the state. A little further afield, but within a days trip are the Victorian Ski Resorts.
