Property information

Three bedroom, two bathroom, two-storey house nestled amoung mature gum trees with views to the lake from every room. Large timber deck shaded by native trees with a BBQ area and views to the lake. Beautiful modern furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. 100m steep path to lakefront boardwalk, a few minutes walk along the boardwalk to Metung Yacht Club, and a 10-15 walk to Metung Pub and the town centre. A short drive to Metung Hot Springs and Country Club. Ample street parking and high roof carport suitable for boat - 4WD recommended for towing boat on driveway incline.
