Experience a spacious and luxurious home, perfect for large families and groups. This estate features 3 expansive living areas each with large wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV. The home has 6-zone climate control and a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens. It includes 5 bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a powder room, a spacious backyard, and an outdoor patio with a ceiling fan and cozy garden furniture. [1] No Parties or Mass Gatherings [2] No extra guests are permitted to reside or stay at the property without consent from the Host. [3] Noise must be reduced to a minimum after 9 pm [4] Please take your shoes off [5] Sorry, pets are not permitted in the property [6] Smoking in the house is prohibited. Guests are allowed to smoke and vape on the balcony. We kindly ask tenants to abstain from changing the furniture configuration during their stay. Please report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for moving the bins to the side of the road on Sunday night for Monday morning collection. Please remember while you are on holidays neighbours live here every day please respect their homes.
