    Lovely house, clean and spacious, yard is great to relax in. Easy walk to the centre of town for coffee or breakfast, dinner or lunch. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots pan crockery etc.

    Well presented and very clean. Kitchenware very good and appliances all worked well. Two living areas and TVs very handy, enabling separate concurrent activities/conversations. Outside storage shed great for storing bikes.

The alfresco area is superb in the fully enclosed back yard, perfect for enjoying the balmy summer nights. Lavender & Olive is walking distance to Myrtleford's town centre and is close to children's playgrounds, Cundy Park and Rotary Park. Myrtleford is the perfect destination for busy, active families. There is so much to do, here's just a few ideas: - Reform hill walk - River loop walk or ride - Mosaic trail - Bike riding or walking the Murray to Mountains rail trail - Swimming in the river - Swimming and other water sports at Lake Buffalo - Hiking/walking at Mt Buffalo - Cundy Park playground and skate park - Blueberry picking and other fresh farm produce (seasonal) Myrtleford is central to Bright and Beechworth and is a great base to explore this fabulous area.
