Welcome. I hope you will enjoy this private apartment, attached to our farm house, with beautiful views down the valley. Please be aware that there is NO KITCHEN or COOKING FACILITIES in the apartment and that cooking by guests is not allowed. Take-away food is welcome. Some things that you will see in our home e.g. washing-machine, pool table, spa bath, are not available to guests so please be aware of this. This is a working beef-farm, not an 'animal petting' farm so please do not expect this, and for safety reasons you will not be able to enter any paddocks containing animals.
I hope you'll enjoy the ambiance I've tried to create in my apartment, and hope you'll feel 'at home' whilst on holiday. I try to make my guests feel welcome as soon as they open the front door.
It is a peaceful Rural neighbourhood but only 12 Kms from our local town of Victor Harbor where you will find excellent cafes and restaurants, plus a cinema and many outdoor activities.
