This newly renovated 1960s home is perfect for families visiting Geelong for business or leisure. It features a modern kitchen, a stylish timber bathroom, and air conditioning, ensuring a delightful and comfortable stay. Upon entering this classic red brick home, you’ll be greeted by fresh paint and modern touches that enhance its character and create a refreshing atmosphere. The home accommodates up to 8 guests with the addition of a sofa bed. It is all on one level and includes three bedrooms, a main bathroom, a kitchen, a living and dining room, and an outdoor entertainment area. To the left of the entryway is the main bedroom with a king bed, followed by a second bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robes. The main bathroom, located between the second and third bedrooms, features timber panel walls that add warmth to the white amenities, including a shower, toilet, and vanity with a hairdryer. The third bedroom has a trundle bunk and a kids’ play nook. Across the hall from the third bedroom is the living and dining room, which includes a round 4-seater dining table, a three-seater fold-out sofa bed, two plush armchairs, and a smart TV. The living room also has a split system air-conditioner to keep the home cozy year-round. At the end of the hall, you’ll find the contemporary kitchen with display cabinets and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, gas stove, and a washer and dryer tucked under the corner bench. An iron and stick vacuum are stored in the pantry. The kitchen side door leads to a patio with a 4-seater outdoor set, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of birds in the nearby tree. While there is no garage access, the quiet streets offer free parking.
