Renovated & fully refurbished with new furnishings, this gorgeous property is ready for your family & or friends to enjoy. This place has such a great vibe! The home is centrally located on the East side of Geelong walking distance to Eastern Gardens, Eastern Beach Waterfront & Botanical Gardens, even closer, the local shopping strip lined with essentials & specialty stores. Found down the road from the CBD, this property is close to both Hospitals & GMHBA Stadium. 1.5km to the Royal Yacht Club & only 15 minutes from Adventure Park and less than 8km from Spirit of Tasmania Geelong Terminal
