Freshly painted, homely warm, peaceful, spacious and holiday home with large landscaped garden is conveniently located within walking distance to beach (700m) , Kananook Creek Trail (250m), trains Stations and CBD Frankston 20min walk. A fully equipped kitchen, light filled home with 2 x TVs and outdoor dining set, BBQ and table tennis table in backyard. Living room has split system and ceiling fans in 3x bedrooms, 2 showers. On site private parking, garage and free street Parking also available. I like to talk with my guests around world. My Partner Ash has lived in Frankston South in his life. He loves tracing around the world, playing golf and walking along the beach and and the river and enjoys visiting the local cafes and restaurants and local activities etc.
Frankston is located between Melbourne CBD the gateway to Mornington Peninsula, and the Mornington Peninsula, with its famous for its foreshore beach coastline life. With its excellent restaurants of al cuisines, local cinema, bowling, football club, swimming and recreational centre, and larger Bayside Shopping centre, all being located at the centre of Frankston. Nearby suburbs of Seaford, Chelsea and Modialloc are also popular tourist destinations. Buses and Trains only minutes away. Skybus from Airport to Frankston.
