Indulge yourself with family/friends in this 5 bedroom, 2-storey luxury Hamptons style home, only 300 metre walk to patrolled Alex surf beach, surf club, shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants. Suitable for up to 3-4 families, this spacious well-positioned home has multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, fully fenced in-ground pool, entertaining BBQ area with beautiful serene lake views, 3 outdoor dining areas, and huge entertainers (Chefs) kitchen with butlers pantry. Ideally suited to 10 guests. The home has 5 spacious bedrooms, one very large with a very spacious ensuite, guest bathroom and 2 separate toilets, wifi, ducted air conditioning, office, laundry with washing machine and dryer, plunge pool, outdoor entertaining area and BBQ, security camera's on front and rear entrances, and off street parking.
Warm, friendly, chatty, helpful, and welcoming, and that's just my husband :-) I'm all that and more. For outstanding hospitality, comfy beds, roomy bedrooms, and lovely surroundings, we try very hard to make your holiday special.
300m walking distance to Alex surf beach (patrolled), shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, BBQ's, surf club, and coastal walks. 40 minute drive to Steve Irwins 'Australia Zoo' and a short walk Mooloolaba (Wharf) Marina and fisheries, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore.
