The luxury waterfront Apartment offers modern accommodation within the historic sandstone buildings of Hunter Street, with waterfront views of Hobart’s docks. The apartment is the essence of understated luxury with lots of natural light and an uncluttered design. Located on the 2nd floor with stair and lift access, boasting 2 luxury bedrooms, both w/ en-suite. The views from the open plan living area are second to none, featuring the majestic hobart waterfront & picturesque mt Wellington.

This luxury waterfront property is in prime location to explore Hobart’s best attractions on foot. Everything is within easy walking distance - with bars, restaurants, MONA ferry, Salamanca market all within 5 mins walk. PARKING: There is paid parking directly out of the front of the building on Hunter St as well as behind the apartment on Evan's St. We recommend exploring all of Hobart on foot - and this is the best place to make your base!
