Recently renovated, while still paying homage to its 1800s roots, Bunbinya, which means 'rest' in the local Wiradjuri language, is the ultimate Mudgee retreat for those looking to stay in style close to town. A charming front porch framed by flowering gardens invites guests inside. The open planned interior gestures a cosy living area replete with two plush sofas, a flat screen TV with Netflix, bluetooth sound system, arm chair, and gas fireplace. The sleek and modern kitchen opens out to the spacious deck. Guests will have access to a full-sized fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area offers seating for all six guests at an oversized timber table. Outside, guests will find a sunny deck perfect for entertaining, with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining. A lush, green backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to run around. The home offers three cosy bedrooms all with ceiling fans and portable heaters. The first and second bedrooms feature a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps two in a double bed. The first bathroom is pristine, with a walk-in glass shower and free-standing soaker tub. A second bathroom offers a glass shower and is also equipped with a washer and dryer so guests can catch up on laundry during their stay. Other amenities include reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi and luggage drop-off. Fancy a local treat or preparing for a Friday night arrival? We offer grazing boxes and breakfast hampers exclusively made for our guests and placed in the fridge before your arrival. Check out these paid add-ons on the Bliss Stays website and just let us know at the time of booking if you’re interested. A AUD100 fee applies to guests bringing pets. For an extra fee, you may request a porta cot, cot linen and a towel, and a rollaway bed suitable for a small child with beddings.
