Enjoy complete privacy in our newly built guest suite, with separate entrance, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, outdoor bath on a private patio, and massage chair. No shared spaces with host. Please Note: Accommodation is located in the front part of an Aussie family household with two well-behaved school kids. We always try to limit noise, but cannot guarantee that the house will be quiet 24/7. Pets are welcome by agreement. See house rules for more info. Guest suite does not have a kitchen. Instead, plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, or guests can order food for delivery, or warm convenience meals in the microwave.
I grew up in South Africa.. moved to London UK for 10 years.. and finally found my piece of heaven in the Blue Mountains in Australia in 2005. My husband, Peter, is a 4th generation Blue Mountains resident and loves all things outdoors... ask him anything about local bushwalking tracks and fishing! I'm a real homebody and love nothing more than to settle in for pizza and movie nights, or playing cards and board games with my two boys.
Accommodation is located in the front part of our family residence. No shared spaces with host. We live on a quiet residential street, and it is a 2 min drive to the train station and Springwood town centre.

Pet Policy: Animals of all types are incredibly welcome to accompany guests (...and yes, of course they are allowed inside 😊..)

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay, we note the following house rules;

1. Pets permitted by approval only.

2. Pets must be clean and house trained.

3. Guest pets can use the (unfenced) front garden for wees and poos.

4. Pets must be supervised at all times. This includes, not leaving pets alone in the guest suite while going out for any length of time.

5. Guest pets will not come into contact with our family dogs.

6. Standard cleaning surcharge of $25 per booking. We don't charge per night.

7. Guests may incur additional fees if a professional cleaning process is required to sterilise the guest suite for excessive mess.

8. Owners are responsible for costs incurred to repair property damage caused by dogs.
