This luxurious waterfront house can accommodate up to 12 guests (8 adults max) in 4 spacious bedrooms. This house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay with your family or friends or corporate retreats who are looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. It has a two-story layout featuring 3 bedrooms downstairs, while a secluded parents' retreat awaits you upstairs. The ensuite to the master bedroom offers a spa bath. Fast internet connection with fiber to the house NBN connection. Air Fryer, Slow Cooker and Nespresso Machine available The house features ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wifi, and security screens to keep you cool and safe. The large living area has a big TV screen whilst the indoor/outdoor area offers a small pool table, and a fuzeball/hockey table for entertainment. It is also perfect for enjoying meals with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is ideal for families and also features a gym. No pets Keys to be collected and returned to our office in Mooloolaba - Check in 2pm (outside of busy periods only) to 9pm. Check outs by 10am Absolutely no parties . Functions may be allowed but must be discussed with G1 Holidays prior to booking.
